Projects

Work that is still running.

City Health of Parañaque, the Social Hygiene Clinic, automated DTR and payroll for various LGUs, and a pharmaceutical plant stack we continue to enhance.

Vaccination records the city can stand on

Vaccination records, online vaccine certificates, electronic medical records, and digital medicine dispensing for the City Health Office of Parañaque.

Records, certificates, EMR, dispensing

ChallengeDuring the pandemic, paper cards and scattered lists could not keep up with vaccination lines, certificates, and medicine at the counter.

WorkWe built and kept the city’s health stack: vaccination records, online vaccine certificates residents can pull, electronic medical records for the office, and digital medicine dispensing at the point of care.

ResultCity Health of Parañaque runs records, certificates, EMR, and dispensing on one local system — still supported after the peak years.

One record. From application to certificate.
Parañaque Social Hygiene Clinic·City Health·Live

One record. From application to certificate.

Online application and lab requests through printed laboratory results and Hygiene Certificates. Patient info is encoded once. On-site extraction is scheduled for the current establishment inside a window period, with a printable list for verification.

No redundant encoding

ChallengePatients were encoded again at application, at the lab, and at the certificate desk. On-site extraction at establishments had no live window and no list the team could print and check on the floor.

WorkWe built one flow: online application and laboratory requests, printout of laboratory results, and printout of the Hygiene Certificate from the same patient record. The clinic schedules on-site extraction as a live application for the current establishment, open only during a window period. Total patient lab requests are monitored, and the list prints for easy on-site verification.

ResultParañaque Social Hygiene Clinic no longer re-types the same patient. Results and certificates print from one record. Field extraction runs on a schedule, a window, and a list staff can hold.

Automated DTR and payroll that keeps getting better
Various LGUs·Local Government·Prior years — present

Automated DTR and payroll that keeps getting better

Automated daily time record and payroll systems for various local government units — developed, provided, and continuously enhanced from previous years to now.

Built, live, and still enhanced

ChallengeTimekeeping and payroll were slow, easy to dispute, and hard to close on schedule across offices that do not share one vendor story.

WorkWe deliver automated DTR and payroll for LGUs, then stay on the same systems: new rules, new offices, new reports. Development did not stop at first go-live.

ResultMultiple LGUs run time and payroll on software we still enhance. The same team answers when a cycle or a rule changes.

From order monitoring to a full plant stack

Started as a Digital Actual Order Monitoring Form. Grew into inventory management, raw and packaging material dispensing, formulary management, finished goods, and plant inventory.

Order → inventory → finished goods

ChallengeOrders, materials, and finished lots lived in separate lists. Dispensing and formulary were hard to trace from the floor back to the order.

WorkWe began with Digital Actual Order Monitoring, then developed inventory management, raw material and packaging material dispensing, formulary management, and finished-goods inventory as one plant application.

ResultThe plant now follows an order from monitoring through materials, formulary, and finished goods — on a stack we continue to extend.
